Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Youyaku Bancho, operated by B'Me LLC. By using the service, users agree to these terms.
Service
Youyaku Bancho lets authorized users create meeting records by recording audio, generating transcripts, and producing summaries. Zoom bot sessions are started only when a user enters a Zoom meeting URL and requests the bot to join.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for obtaining all required notices, consents, and permissions before recording or transcribing meetings.
- Users must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive activity, or to record meetings without proper authority.
Zoom and Third-Party Services
The service depends on Zoom and other third-party providers. Their services may change, be unavailable, or impose account-level restrictions. Users are responsible for complying with Zoom's terms and meeting settings.
Content
Users retain responsibility for meeting content, recordings, transcripts, summaries, memos, and other materials they submit or generate. The service may process this content to provide the requested functionality.
Fees
Paid plans, included usage, overage fees, setup fees, billing timing, and usage limits are presented in the application or order materials. Usage may be measured by recording type.
Disclaimers and Liability
- Transcripts and summaries may contain errors and should be reviewed by users before relying on them. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that may harm others.
