Overview
Youyaku Bancho is operated by B'Me LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and otherwise process personal information when users access the application, connect Zoom, invite the meeting bot, or generate meeting transcripts and summaries.
Information We Collect
- Account and organization information such as name, email address, company name, role, and authentication records.
- Meeting information such as Zoom meeting URLs entered by users, bot session status, recording metadata, audio files, transcripts, summaries, memos, action items, and usage records.
- Integration information such as Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens, short-lived on-behalf tokens requested from Zoom, billing identifiers, and configuration values needed to operate the service.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, error logs, and security events.
How We Use Information
- We use information to authenticate users, operate the meeting bot, record meeting audio when requested by the user, generate transcripts and summaries, provide billing and usage controls, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support requests.
- Zoom on-behalf tokens are requested only when a user starts a Zoom bot session. They are passed to the bot worker for that session and are not stored persistently.
Sharing and Processors
- We share information with service providers only as needed to provide the service. These may include hosting, database, object storage, AI transcription and summarization, payment, telephony, and Zoom integration providers.
- We do not sell personal information. We do not use meeting audio, transcripts, or summaries for advertising.
Retention and Deletion
- We retain account, meeting, audio, transcript, summary, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Users may delete meeting records inside the application where available or contact support to request deletion of account-related data.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, environment-based secrets, and restricted storage access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Rights
- Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@bme-llc.com.
- We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority before responding.
