Add the App
- Open Youyaku Bancho in your browser and sign in to your account.
- From the Zoom App Marketplace listing, select Add App and approve the requested permission. The app uses this permission to request a short-lived on-behalf token for the Meeting SDK bot.
Start a Zoom Bot Session
- In Youyaku Bancho, open the recording page, choose Online Call, then choose Zoom Join.
- Paste the Zoom meeting URL, enter the bot display name if needed, and click the button to invite the bot.
- If the meeting has a waiting room, the host must admit the bot. Users should inform meeting participants that the session is being recorded and summarized.
End and Process
- When the meeting is finished, click End and Process in Youyaku Bancho. The app finalizes saved audio and starts transcription and summarization.
- The completed transcript and summary are saved in the user's Youyaku Bancho account.
Remove the App
- In Zoom, go to App Marketplace, open Manage, then Added Apps, and remove Youyaku Bancho.
- After removal, Youyaku Bancho cannot request new Zoom authorization tokens for your Zoom account. To remove saved meeting records or account data, delete sessions in Youyaku Bancho or contact support.
Troubleshooting
- If the bot does not appear in the meeting, confirm that the meeting URL is correct, the host has started the meeting, waiting room admission is complete, and the Zoom account allows the app.
- External meetings may require the app to be reviewed and approved by Zoom and allowed by the host organization's Zoom administrator.
